Many seemingly minor roofing failures are more serious than they look. In fact, the integrity of an entire structure may be in danger without proper remediation or repair. Roofing elements are exposed to extreme elements every day and that makes them especially prone to failure.
Our licensed engineers and consultants have a variety of expertise in and experience with the design, code requirements and inspection of residential roofing systems and materials. We investigate roofing claims to determine if the roofing material was properly installed and if the roofing performed as expected.
We inspect, analyze, and perform research to determine the cause of the loss, to provide a scope of damage for the structural elements and to evaluate the overall condition of the residence. The scope of damage, in turn, can be used to determine a measure of the loss. We also investigate issues in roofing construction, design and maintenance.
