Collisions

Every collision whether simple or complicated has one or more causes.

Our collision reconstructionist and human factors consultant analyze single- and multi-vehicle collisions involving passenger cars, commercial vehicles, heavy tractor-trailer trucks, bicycles, motorcycles, ATVs and pedestrians. Reconstruction includes scene and vehicle documentation, determination of speed, driver actions, forensic mapping, and animation.  Our human factors expert examines the physical, cognitive, and behavioral factors that can influence collisions between vehicles and vulnerable roadway users (VRUs) such as pedestrians and bicyclists.  This includes illumintaion studies, distracted driving, visual perception and performance factors, ambient lighting, conspicuity, visibility, roadway markings, VRU markings, and contributing environmental conditions (daytime/nighttime driving).
